Designing
How do I design my own product?
Go to Design Your Own, pick a product type and option, upload your artwork (PNG or JPG, about 300 DPI, up to 30 MB), optionally add text, drag and zoom to position it, then save to your basket.
What image formats and sizes work best?
PNG or JPG at roughly 300 DPI for the printed area gives the sharpest result. Files up to 30 MB are supported. Low-resolution images may look soft once enlarged to fill the print area.
Is my uploaded design private?
Yes. Artwork you upload is used only to produce your order and is not shown to other shoppers.

How much does a custom product cost?
Price depends on the product type and option you choose, shown in the designer and on each product page before you save to basket.
Can I change or cancel my order after I pay?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible — see the Returns policy for details.
Shipping & returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders are printed to order and dispatched after confirmation. See Returns & Shipping for current delivery estimates by region.
