How the designer works

Choose a product, upload a photo or artwork (PNG, JPG at about 300 DPI, up to 30 MB), optionally add text, then drag and zoom until the layout looks right. When you save, the design is stored and added to your basket for checkout.

  2. Upload art Place and scale your image. Set a background color if you want full coverage.
  3. Add text Optional short message with font, size, and color controls.
  4. Save & order Add the design to your basket and checkout.

What image file should I upload?

PNG or JPG at roughly 300 DPI for the print area, up to 30 MB. Keep faces and lettering inside the safe area shown on the preview.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free to Europe, the UK, and the United States. We use standard Economy delivery only — we do not offer Express. Checkout shows shipping as Free.

How long does a custom order take?

We dispatch within 24–48 hours after payment. Standard Economy delivery then typically takes 2–10 days depending on destination.
