Which anniversary photo gift to choose
Pick the object by how the gift will be used every day, then pick the photo that suits that shape.

- A mug for a morning ritual. One clear photo on the side that faces the drinker, with names or a date on the other side, reads better than a collage. Design it in the mug designer.

Choosing the photo
The photo matters more than the product. A picture that brings back a specific day is usually a better gift than a technically perfect one that feels anonymous.
Use the original file from the camera or phone gallery, not a copy saved from a chat or social media, which is usually much smaller. Before you design, the free photo print checker tells you whether the picture has enough pixels for the product and size you picked.
For a phone case or mug, choose a photo where your faces are close and clear. For a poster, a wider scene works, as long as the important part survives the crop. The designer shows the exact crop before you order.
Adding names or a date
You can add text in the designer, such as your names, the date of the wedding, or the number of years. Keep it short, check the spelling twice, and keep text away from the camera opening on a case and away from the handle on a mug.
A date in a smaller, quieter style next to the photo usually looks better than large text across a face.
When to order
Every item is printed after you order. We aim to dispatch within 24–48 hours, and standard delivery then takes 2–7 business days in Europe, 3–5 in the UK and Ireland, and 4–7 in the USA. For an anniversary on a fixed date, order at least two weeks ahead. If it falls in December, check our Christmas order-by dates.

Can I return a personalized gift?
Personalized items are made for your design, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted except where the law requires. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we replace or refund it at no extra cost when you report it within 30 days.
